The Design Works Group were appointed by Syngenta to help them identify, design and manage the fit out of their new UK headquarters.

Syngenta were housed in an old fashioned building which was heavily cellularised blocking communication between the various teams and functions.

We created a facility which offers employees the ability to communicate more effectively and develop a culture that stimulates innovation.
